This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes me a bit longer to deliver the product to you. The purchasing process:

• Once the order is placed,
• I will order the print from a reliable printing company I have a working relationship with (which are many),
• The print is shipped directly to me, I inspect the quality of the product,
• If the print meets my approval, I will forward the print to the shipping address.
• If the product does not meet my approval I will reach out to the customer with relevant information regarding their purchase.

During the entire process I will be communicating directly with the customer to ensure customer service.
